Sunday music

Lazy sunday demands good music. At least for me. I've loved music all my life, but due to school, work, etc. I feel like I'm lacking on discovering of new music.

BUT a couple of weeks ago I jumped on the band wagon and started loving The 1975. I feel a bit late on this. However their debut album is absolutely fantastic and they deserve all the hype. I just saw on Matt Healy's instagram that they're shooting a video for the song 'Settle Down' very soon which makes me incredibly happy, 'Settle Down' is one of the best ones on the album.
I saw their iTunes Festival performance a couple days ago on YouTube and I fell in love even harder. They are worth checking out if you like me haven't given them a go yet. I've heard they're amazing live so I'm hoping they'll make their way around Copenhagen soon.

I've been a solid Beyoncé-girl for as long as I can remember. There's something about her that makes me feel so good about myself like I can do anything. To me she stands for all the power, confidence and beauty that inspires me so much. She's incredible. Her new album made my life worth living in cold and busy december, but the last week or so I've been obsessed with the track 'Schoolin' Life' from the deluxe edition of 4. She is magic.

Let's talk about her husband. Hip hop and rap is without doubt my guilty pleasure, just like Beyonce I often find it oddly empowering. 'Fuck With Me You Know I Got It' takes me places and I instantly get into beast-mode (I can't believe I just said that). I am listening to it as I'm writing this and it always make difficult essay-writing a lot easier. The instrumental is sick.
However I wasn't that impressed with the MCHG album, I do prefer his older stuff.

I feel like I should expand my musical horizon, can you guys recommend something for me to listen to?
